"there will be plenty of temptations that will be strewn in one’s path as one pursues one’s goal. but the challenge lies is not being distracted," he added. another important aspect that sudhanshu maharaj emphasised was health. he said that only a person who is in the pink of health can realise his potential fully. "spending some time in prayers is absolutely essential to be at peace with oneself and also to feel close to god. with a nagging problem in the knee or the head, that is not possible. health is the key to success and also the pathway to god’s kingdom. therefore, never ignore or abuse it," he said.
